Penggunaan AI Dalam Manajemen Pembelajaran Hybrid

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam manajemen pembelajaran hybrid, menggabungkan dimensi teknologi, manajerial, dan kebijakan. Dengan metode studi literatur dari sumber ilmiah, kajian ini mengidentifikasi manfaat AI seperti personalisasi belajar, analitik real-time, optimisasi sumber daya, dan pengurangan beban administratif. Implementasi AI terbukti meningkatkan retensi, keterlibatan siswa, dan efektivitas intervensi pedagogis, namun menghadapi tantangan infrastruktur, interoperabilitas sistem, privasi data, bias algoritma, serta kesiapan SDM. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi konsep hybrid intelligence kolaborasi manusia dan AI dengan perspektif manajemen pendidikan. Hasilnya menawarkan kerangka strategis dan rekomendasi praktis, meliputi standar interoperabilitas, pelatihan berkelanjutan, tata kelola data yang aman, serta evaluasi komprehensif. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi panduan bagi sekolah, universitas, dan lembaga pelatihan untuk mengadopsi AI secara etis, efektif, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus membuka agenda riset lanjutan untuk menilai dampak jangka panjang dan pemerataan manfaat teknologi.
