Melibatkan Generasi Muda dalam Ekonomi dan Bisnis “Menghadapi Tantangan dan Peluang di Era Milenial Generasi Z”

Generasi muda, terutama milenial dan generasi Z, menjadi kekuatan penting dalam ekonomi dan bisnis saat ini. Artikel ini membahas tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh generasi muda dalam menghadapi perubahan ekonomi dan bisnis di era ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran generasi muda dalam ekonomi dan bisnis, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dan peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif, penulis mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi generasi muda dalam ekonomi dan bisnis, seperti perubahan teknologi, kebijakan pemerintah, dan tren sosial. Selain itu, penulis juga menggali potensi peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh generasi muda, seperti kewirausahaan, inovasi, dan kolaborasi. Namun, penulis juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi muda, seperti pengangguran, ketidakpastian ekonomi, dan tekanan sosial. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa melibatkan generasi muda dalam ekonomi dan bisnis memerlukan pendekatan yang holistik, termasuk dukungan pemerintah, pendidikan, dan pembangunan keterampilan yang relevan. Kata kunci: generasi muda, milenial, generasi Z, ekonomi, bisnis, tantangan, peluang.
